貧血の薬（Anemia medicine）

鉄分を補給するお薬です。鉄不足による貧血などに用います。

This is a medicine to replenish iron in the body. It is used against iron deficit induced anemia.

1.  【診察で】胃腸の悪い人など持病のある人は医師に伝えておきましょう。
   1. (During consultation): Please tell your doctor if you suffer from any gastrointestinal problems or chronic diseases.
2. 【注意する人】胃潰瘍や大腸炎など胃腸に病気のある人は、慎重に用いる必要があります。
   1. Warning/Contraindications: Caution is necessary when taking this medicine in cases of gastrointestinal problems, such as stomach ulcers or colitis.
3. 【用法】：通常成人は、鉄として１日100～200mgを１～２回に分けて食後経口服用する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。
   1. Usage: The typical dose of iron for adults is to take orally from 100 to 200 mg a day, split into 1 or 2 times a day after meals. Now, depending on age and severity of the symptoms, this dose can increase or decrease.
4. 【食生活】：鉄分は、体内に一定量が貯蔵され、寿命のきた赤血球から再利用されます。したがって、ふつう、不足することはありません。
   1. Diet and Lifestyle: The iron in the body is reused by new red blood cells. Therefore, there is not usually a deficiency.
5. 【副作用】わりと多いのは、吐き気や腹痛、下痢や便秘などの胃腸症状です。徐々に慣れてくることが多いのですが、ひどいときは受診するようにしてください。
   1. Side effects: The most relatively common secondary effects are gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation. The body usually gets used to it gradually, but in cases of severe problems please make sure to have a medical examination.
