解熱剤（Antipyretic）

炎症をしずめて、腫れや発赤、痛みなどの症状をおさえます。熱を下げる作用もあります。

This medicine reduces symptoms of inflammation, swelling, redness of the skin and pain. It is used to reduce fever.

1.  【診察で】胃腸の悪い人、腎臓や肝臓の悪い人、そのほか持病のある人は医師に伝えておきましょう。
   1. (During consultation): Please tell your doctor if you have any gastrointestinal, kidney or liver problems, or any other chronic disease.
2. 【注意する人】鎮痛薬や解熱薬で喘息を起こしたことのある人は飲んではいけません（アスピリン喘息の人）。
   1. Warning/Contraindications: People who have had antipyretics or analgesics induced asthma (aspirin induced asthma) must not drink this medicine.
3. 【用法】：通常、成人はロキソプロフェンナトリウム（無水物として）1回60mg、1日3回経口服用する。
   1. Usage: Typically, adults should take orally 60 mg of Loxoprofen sodium (anhydride) per time, 3 times a day.
4. 【特徴】：このロキソプロフェンは安全性が高く効き目もよいので、一番よく使われています。
   1. Characteristics: This Loxoprofen is the most used by everyone, since it highly safe and efficient.
5. 【副作用】もっとも多い副作用は胃腸症状です。重症化することはまれですが、胃潰瘍など消化性潰瘍にも念のため注意が必要です。
   1. Side effects: The most common side effect is to cause gastrointestinal symptoms. Although rarely severe, it can cause gastric ulcers or peptic ulcers, so it is necessary to take caution.
