片頭痛薬（Migraine medication）

作用のおだやかな解熱鎮痛薬です。皮膚の血管を広げて熱を放散させる作用や、痛みの感受性を低下させる作用があります。

This is a medicine with a mild antipyretic and analgesic effect (effect against fever and pain). It expands blood vessels in the skin, dissipating heat, and it also lowers pain sensitivity.

1.  【診察で】喘息やアレルギーのある人は医師に報告しておいてください。
   1. (During consultation): Please tell your doctor if you have any allergies or chronic diseases.
2. 【注意する人】アスピリン喘息（鎮痛薬や解熱薬で喘息発作を誘発）の人は、使用できないことになっています（少量であれば危険性は低いと考えられています）。
   1. Warning/Contraindications: People with Aspirin induced asthma (asthma induced by analgesics or antipyretics) can’t take this medicine. (The risk is considered to be low if taken in small quantities).
3. 【用法】：通常、成人はアセトアミノフェンとして、1回300～1000mgを経口服用し、服用間隔は4～6時間以上とする。
   1. Usage: The typical dose of acetaminophen for adults is to take orally from 300 to 1000 mg per time, taking intervals of more than 4 or 6 hours between each dose.
4. 【食生活】：飲酒はできるだけ控えてください。多量のアルコールは、胃腸や肝臓の副作用をでやすくします。
   1. Diet and lifestyle: Please abstain from drinking alcohol. In large quantities, alcohol can increase the chances of gastrointestinal or liver related secondary effects.
5. 【副作用】副作用の少ない安全性の高いお薬です。アレルギーを起こすことも少なく、重い副作用はほとんどありません。
   1. Side effects: This medicine is highly safe and has few secondary effects. It’s not very likely to cause allergies, but it’s possible; and it has almost no severe side effects.
