睡眠薬（Sleeping medicine）

脳の神経をしずめる作用があります。そして、不安や緊張感をほぐし気分をリラックスさせて、自然に近い眠りに誘います。

This medicine clams the nerves of the brain. It also unravels feelings of tension and anxiety and has relaxing effects, making for an almost natural sleep.

1.  【診察で】持病やアレルギーのある人、また妊娠中の人は医師に伝えてください。
   1. During examination: Please tell your doctor if you have any chronic disease, allergies, or are currently pregnant.
2. 【注意する人】重症筋無力症や急性の緑内障を起こしている人には使用できません。喘息や肺性心など呼吸器系に病気のある人も、症状によっては慎重に使用する必要があります。高齢の人は副作用がでやすいので、少量ではじめます。
   1. Warning/Contraindications: People with Myasthenia gravis or Acute glaucoma must not take this medicine. People with asthma, cor pulmonale, or other illnesses affecting the respiratory system must take caution taking this medicine depending on the symptoms that are present.
3. 【用法】：通常、成人は１回トリアゾラムとして0.25mgを就寝前に経口服用する。高度な不眠症には0.5mgを服用することができる。
   1. Usage: A typical dose for adults consists of 0.25 mg of Triazolam taken orally before bed.For strong cases of insomnia 0.5 mg can be taken.
4. 【食生活】：とくに高齢の人は、夜中にトイレにいくときなど、ふらついて転倒につながるおそれがあります。十分注意してください。
   1. Diet: In some cases, especially in people of old age, getting up to the bathroom in the middle of the night might lead to falling due to trembles. Please take the necessary precautions to avoid this.
5. 【副作用】比較的安全性の高いお薬です。正しく服用するかぎり、重い副作用はまずありません。ただ、人によっては、翌朝に眠気やふらつき、けん怠感や脱力感などが残ることがあります。高齢の人は、転倒にも注意してください。
   1. Secondary Effects: This medicine has a high safety relative to others. If consumed correctly, there should be no secondary effects. Having said that, depending on the person, there can be drowsiness or sleepiness the next morning, along with weakness or slight fatigue. People of old age should take precautions to avoid falling.
